Cancellation Policy: At Haven, time is one of the greatest gifts we can give each other. Each appointment is set aside just for you, and when it’s missed or cancelled at short notice, it impacts the flow of care for both myself and others. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out with as much notice as you can, and at least 24 hours before your appointment. Every session is carefully prepared with intention, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows affects both the time, energy, and effort invested in your experience, as well as the ability to sustain the business and offer space to others.

To honour this balance, a cancellation policy is in place:

Less than 24 hours notice: will incur a 50% of treatment fee

Same day cancellations or no-shows: will incur a 100% of treatment fee

If less than 24 hours notice or no-shows occur, treatment fees need to be settled before rebooking.

Late arrivals: To ensure you receive the full experience of your treatment, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, kindly get in touch as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will need to be rescheduled.

Feeling unwell: Your well-being is always priority. If you’re unwell, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. If you arrive sick, the treatment will not be able to be carried out.

Refunds: Haven for Self holds a strict no refund policy.

Our right: We reserve the right to refuse service due to: multiple last minute cancelations or no shows, disruptive or inappropriate behavior, and for safety reasons.

Haven for Self is a professional practice dedicated to providing strictly therapeutic treatments in a safe and respectful environment. Any form of inappropriate, sexual, or suggestive behaviour – verbal or physical – is strictly prohibited, will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the session, with full payment required, and permanent denial of future bookings.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not uphold the respectful and professional standards of this space. This is a zero-tolerance policy and is strictly enforced to protect the safety and integrity of this business and its therapists.
